Illegal arms manufacturing factory busted, one arrested

Siddharthnagar, Dec 9 (UNI) The Special Task Force (STF) of district police unearthed an illegal arms manufacturing factory and arrested one in this connection.

Six half-made pistols were recovered from the spot.

Police today said acting on a tip-off, a raid was conducted and miscreant identified as Chote Lal was nabbed yesterday.

On interrogation, the accused confessed that he used to provide arms to Maoists in Nepal.

Meanwhile, a hunt was on to arrest his associates.
