Four arrested after indulging in violence in GTB hospital

New Delhi, Dec 9 (UNI) Four persons, including a doctor, were arrested by the Delhi police early today after they indulged in fisticuffs with the stoff doctors at the GTB hospital in East Delhi.

Police said one Shyam Sunder Verma and his three sons, Bhupinder, Pawan and Sanjay, were arrested after the GTB hospital authorities lodged a complaint that the four had indulged in fisticuffs with the doctors there.

The complainants said Shyam Sunder, who had gone to the hospital at around midnight last night for the treatment of his injured leg, entered into an argument with the doctors. The argument soon turned into violence as Shyam Sunder and his sons manhandled the doctors present at the hospital.

The four have been arrested and a case registered against them.
