US House of Representatives orders vote on US-India nuke deal

Washington, Dec 8 (UNI) The US House of Representatives has ordered a vote on a resolution, seeking to implement the US-India Civilian Nuclear Cooperation Agreement following an hour-long discussion today.

The division was ordered following a demand by opposition Democrats, most of whom opposed the measure.

The outcome of the voting is expected to be announced shortly.
