BoM business crosses Rs 50,000 cr
New Delhi, Dec 8 (UNI) Bank of Maharashtra today said it has surpassed the business landmark of Rs 50,000 crore.
The total business which stood at Rs 43,986 crore on March 31, 2006, increased to Rs 48,692 crore on September 30 and has reached a level of Rs 50,454 crore as on December 1.
The bank's total business comprises of total deposits of Rs 29,839 crore and gross advances of Rs 20,615 crore.
The bank is having a large customer base of 10.8 million and the share of low cost deposits in total deposits is as high as 43 per cent.
It has recently rolled out Centralised Banking Solution (CBS) and is targeting to bring 100 branches under the fold of CBS by March next year.
