Written by: Staff

Bhopal, Dec 5 (UNI) A change in the direction of northern winds and a weakening of a western disturbance have led to lessening of the wintry conditions in Madhya Pradesh.

A Regional Meteorological Centre official said, ''clearing of skies resulted in an increase in day and night temperature.

Nocturnal moisture level has enhanced.'' The state's lowest temperature was 13 degrees Celsius at the world-renowned tourist destination Khajuraho and Indore. Bhopal recorded a high of 30.6 C and low of 15.9 C, four notches above normal.
