Verdict on Lalu's DA case on December 18

Patna, Dec 5 (UNI) The special CBI court will deliver final verdict of Disproprtionate Asset(DA) case pending against Railway Minister Lalu Prasad and his wife Rabri Devi on December 18.

Earlier during the day, Deputy Law Advisor of CBI L R Ansari concluded his reply argument in the case before CBI judge Munilal Paswan.

Later, the designated judge fixed December 18 as the date for pronouncing the verdict.

According to the charges, Mr Prasad had amassed wealth of Rs 46 lakh during the period 1990-97.

Ms Rabri Devi had abetted her husband in the offence.

The case was pending in the court since 1998.
