Three killed, six injured in accident

Chennai, Dec 5 (UNI) Three people were killed and six others seriously injured when a car in which they were travelling collided with a tipper lorry on the Tambaram-Maduravoyal bye-pass near here early today.

Police said the passengers in the car were on their way back to home at suburban Pattabiram, after visiting Tiruvannamalai.

Though the injured were rushed to Government General Hospital here, Damodharan (28), Chidambaram (25) and Logeswaran (26) succumbed to their injuries in the hospital, police added.
