Statute of veteran Cooperator Bommegowda unveiled

Mandya, Dec 5 (UNI) Former Prime Minister and Janata Dal (Secular) President H D Deve Gowda today unveiled a statue of late Karnataka Legislator and veteran Cooperator G S Bommegowda at Ganadalu village in the district.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Gowda recalled the active role played by late Bommegowda as an MLA and his contribution towards developing the cooperative sector.

Assembly Speaker Krishna presided.
