SEBI debars 14 entities from accessing securities market

Mumbai, Dec 5 (UNI) Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has debarred 14 entities from accessing the securities market in the matter of Messers Sword and Shield Pharma Ltd.

Announcing this, SEBI press release said Mr G.Anantharaman, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated December 04, 2006 on Monday last.

Of the 14 entities debarred, Mr Mahesh Kumar Patel, M/s. Aarushi Consultancy and Mr Gautam Patel have been debarred from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, for a period of two years.

Mrs Jyotiben M.Patel, Mr Rajni M.Patel, Mrs. Heena R.Patel, Mr Nilesh Patel, M/s. Radhe Investment, Mr Pravin Rayani, Mr Hiren Rathod, Mr Parsottam P.Kundanani (partner of erstwhile M/s. Mega Securities), Mr Rajesh Modi, Mr Praful H.Patel and M/s. Kishore Corporation have been debarred from accessing the securities market and prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, for a period of one year.
