NCDEX records trade worth Rs 3,024 crore

Mumbai, Dec 5 (UNI) As many as 2,908 users of the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchanges (NCDEX) participated in trading worth Rs 3,024 crore (one way) upto 1700 hrs today.

There were 1,01,500 trades put through by them. Active trades were in guarseeds, chana, pepper, urad desi, soybean and refined soy oil, a NCDEX release said.

Yesterday, about 286 members had participated in trading and put through more than 99,580 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2330 hrs was Rs 3,325 crore (one way).

Active trades were in guarseed, refined soy oil, pepper, urad desi, soybean and chana, the release added.
