IOC to set up petrol stations at Ansal campuses

New Delhi, Dec 5 (UNI) Ansal Properties&Infrastructure Ltd, leading real estate developer today signed a memorandum of collaboration (MoC) with state-run Indian Oil Corporation for setting up IOC petrol stations at select residential and commercial complexes developed or being developed by Ansal API.

This will initially be a pilot project and will soon be rolled out on an pan-India basis, a statement issued here said.

IOC will also be supplying LPG to the residential townships and fuel oils for the purpose of captive power generation in the commercial and residential complexes being set up by Ansal.

''The step will provide convenience and quality services to its customers in both residential and commercial properties,'' Ansal API VP (Marketing and Communications) Kunal Banerji said.

Indian Oil Director (Marketing) G C Daga said that the company continues to set the standards in the petroleum retail business in the country.

''Our pact with the Ansal is one more step in this direction and we are indeed glad for setting up retail outlets in select projects being promoted by them, Mr Daga added.
