Dacoit Rajababu killed in encounter

Bhopal, Dec 5 (UNI) Dacoit leader Rajababu was killed and another dacoit Majid Musalman arrested in an encounter with the police in Satna district of Madhya Pradesh.

The encounter took place in Barondha area on Sunday night on a tip-off that the gang had kidnapped a villager, Balaprasad Yadav, who was later rescued.

Three members of the gang managed to escape. Three rifles were recovered from the spot.

Rjababu gang was facing charges of dacoity, murder and kidnapping in Satna and Panna districts of Madhya Pradesh and Banda district of Uttar Pradesh.
