Customers rely on BSNL due to transparency, One India plan
Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, Dec 5 (UNI) The landline customers who had earlier switched over to other operators were now coming back to Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) due to transparency, inbilling system and atrractive plans like One India, according to R M M Krishna, General Manager, Telecom, Rajahmundry.
Talking to newspersons here he said around 600 old customers have come back and took landline connections in November alone.
Mr Krishna said there were 2,05,500 landline connections. Efforts were on to recover the outstanding dues of Rs five crore from customers by offering ten to 15 per cent rebate, he added.
To encourage the internet users through landline, a rationalised scheme Bfone had been launched from November one this year with a fixed monthly charges of Rs 249, he added.
