Charges to be framed in Sabharwal case

Ujjain, MP, Dec 5 (UNI) A local court will tomorrow frame charges tomorrow against six people accused of slaying Prof Harbhajan Singh Sabharwal in student violence at the Madhav College here in August end.

The Madhya Pradesh government had ordered a Crime Investigation Department inquiry.

The then Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad state president Shashiranjan Singh Akela, the then secretary (organisation) Vimal Tomar, Vishal Rajoria, Hemant Dubey, Sudheer Yadav people were arrested and remanded in judicial custody.

The accused will be produced before District and Sessions Judge S K Sharma tomorrow.
