Lucknow, Dec 5 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government today announced in the state assembly to constitute a seven-member all-party committee to study and work out a solution in wake of the stalemate between UP and Delhi over plying of buses in each others' territory.

The Committee, headed by UP transport minister Naresh Agarwal, would give its report to the government after studying all aspects in this regard.

The Committee also includes UP minister Rajendra Singh Rana, BJP member Hukum Singh, Jagdish Narayan Rai, Vivek Bansal and Tejpal Singh.

There was a lot of bad blood between UP and Delhi after both the states disallowed entry of each-other's buses in their territories.

The transport ministers of both the states have so far failed to reach an agreement in this connection.
