1 killed, 17 hurt in bus accident

Bhopal, Dec 5 (UNI) One person was killed and 17 others injured when a bus overturned after colliding with a tree as the driver attempted to save a cyclist near Lukwasa village on the Agra-Mumbai highway under Kolaras police station area of Shivpuri district yesterday.

The injured were given treatment at Kolaras and Shivpuri, police said.

A report from Indore said 8 persons were injured as a tractor trolley overturned near Nata village yesterday. The cause of accident was stated to be brake failure.
