Sadhu Yadav in police remand
Patna, Dec 4 (UNI) Patna Special Vigilance Judge Munilal Paswan today ordered handing over of RJD MP Anirudh Prasad alias Sadhu Yadav to state vigilance investigation bureau for two days for interrogation in connection with forgery and corruption case.
During the day, a petition was filed by the bureau before the designated judge with a prayer of five days of police remand of Yadav. However, after hearing the petition, the judge granted only two days.
Earlier, Yadav had surrendered before the same court and was sent to jail in judicial custody today.
According to the charges, a vehicle registered in the name of another person in Delhi Motor Vehicle Motor Licensing authority was fradulently transferred in the name of Yadav in district transport office, Patna during 2004-06.
