PNB launchess new internet based remittance service

New Delhi, Dec 4 (UNI) Punjab National Bank today launched a new remittance service in association with Buyindiaonline.com Inc US, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xoom Corporation to effect inward remittances of NRIs.

The beneficiaries can pick up Pay Order in his favour from the bank's 2,000 CBS branches in India.

The Bank has a relationship with Buyindiaonline.com since August 2000, generating online remittances through its International banking branch for crediting remittances to beficiaries accounts with all its 4,000 branches as well as other banks through drafts.
