Opium smuggler sentenced

Neemuch, MP, Dec 4 (UNI) A special court in this district headquarters has sentenced a person to ten years' imprisonment and a fine of Rs 1 lakh for opium smuggling.

Judge Anupam Shrivastav yesterday awarded the punishment to Kailash Chand Dhakad.

On July 27, 2003, four kg of the substance were seized from Dhakad.
