Nagaland observes World Disabled Day
Kohima, Dec 04: Nagaland observed the World Disabled Day here yesterday.
The function was chaired by a disabled person.
All Nagaland Disabled Persons Organization (ANDPO) president K Khiungtsukiu stressed on the equal rights of the physically challenged ones.
