K Sera Sera to pick 80% stake in Lemon

New Delhi, Dec 4 (UNI) K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has entered into a shareholder's agreement with the promoters of Lemon Entertainment Pvt Ltd for acquiring 80 per cent shareholding in the latter, subject to statutory approvals.

On the transfer of shares under the aforesaid agreement, Lemon shall be a subsidiary of the company, a statement said today.

Lemon Entertainment Pvt Ltd, formerly known as Hamara Samay TV News Network Pvt Ltd, runs a television channel by the name Lemon TV.
