India Infoline sells subsy to DSP Merrill

New Delhi, Dec 4 (UNI) India Infoline Ltd today said it has entered into an agreement with DSP Merrill Lynch Ltd to sell off its shareholding in the subsidiary company, Khambhat Investment and Trading Company Pvt Ltd, subject to necessary approvals.

Consequent to the above deal, Khambhat Investment&Trading Company Pvt Ltd will cease to be the subsidiary of the company.
