Havells India in JV with European Company

New Delhi, Dec 4: Havells India Ltd today said it has entered into an agreement with a leading European motor manufacturing company for its new project for Electric Motors at Nimrana, Rajasthan.

However, it did not disclose the name of the company.

The company officials declined to divulge any details. ''We have already entered into an agreement with a leading European motor manufacturing company. And will soon make a public announcement,'' they said.
