Ganesh Housing signs Rs 700cr MoU with Gujarat

New Delhi, Dec 4: Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd (GHL) has signed an MoU with the Gujarat government for development of IT and ITes SEZ spread over 125 acres, at an investment of Rs 700 crore.

The agreement has been signed under the 'Vibrant Gujarat IT Summit 2006' for development of IT and ITeS special Economic Zone under the name 'Million Minds', to be located at Nirma University at Ahmedabad in Gujarat, the company told BSE today.

GHL is a 45-year-old company established in 1961 and based in Ahmedabad.
