Adani Enterprises to raise $250 mln via FCCBs

New Delhi, Dec 4 (UNI) Adani Enterprises Ltd today said its Board has approved the issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds and other securities for a sum not exceeding 250 million dollars, subject to approval of members in the general meeting.

However, the company did not disclose the purpose of raising the fund.
