3Edge Solutions launches IT Finishing School

Chennai, Dec 4 (UNI) 3Edge Solutions, a unit of Tra-augment People Solutions Private Ltd, today launched the first-of-its-kind IT Finishing School which aims to transform fresh talent into employable and industry-ready skills to suit the growing requirements of the IT industry.

The school was inaugurated by Mr Lakshmi Narayanan, President CEO, Cognizant Technology Solutions in the presence of Mr P V Abdul Wahab, Rajya Sabha Member and Chairman of Bridgeway Group of Companies.

Mr Narayanan said Cognizant was pleased to partner with 3Edge Solutions to enhance the employability of the talent pool available across the country.

The IT Finishing School offers a three-edge transformation programme-BRIDGE, that lays significant emphasis on developing behavioural, communication and team oriented-skills in addition to building an ability to synthesise their technical and analytical skills with industry standard tools, methodology and frameworks.
