Space not a problem anymore: HCL launches multi-purpose machine

Kanpur, Dec 3 (UNI) If you are living in a metropolitan city and do not acquire enough space to store a television or a computer, then there's a solution.

The Hindustan Computer Ltd (HCL) has launched a 'Multifunction Machine' here in the industrial capital of Uttar Pradesh today. Now, telephone, photostat, fax, scanning and printing will all be possible with just one gadget.

Regional Manager of HCL B D Pant said the unique machine can produce around 100 coloured copies in just a minute.

''The company has also launched a LCD television and its up to you whether you want to use it as a TV or a computer. The price is of one but the uses are multifarious. It would prove to be an ideal gadget for people in big cities, who do not have enough space,'' Mr Pant added.

Further, HCL has developed a multimedia projector which provides the facility of password locking system.
