4 aides of Chota Shakeel arrested in Lucknow

Lucknow, Dec 3 (UNI) Four associates of the mafia don Chota Shakeel were arrested by police in the state capital today.

A revolver, four cell phones and some secret papers were recovered from the spot.

Senior Superintendent of Police (STF) S K Bhagat said acting on a tip-off, a team led by ASP Rajesh Pandey reached the Kaiserbagh area and nabbed miscreants Mahtab Alam alias Munna Pradhan (Balrampur), Alim Khan alias Karan Singh Thakur (Aminabad), Faraznad Ali alias Baba (Balrampur), Likayat Ullah alias Mirza (Balrampur).

All are aides of the notorious don Chota Shakeel and were planning to commit some serious crime in the state capital, he added.

Meanwhile, interrogation was on.
