Six arrested for pilferage of LPG cylinders

New Delhi, Dec 2 (UNI) The Police have arrested six persons from North East Delhi for pilferage of LPG cylinders.

The six were arrested from Khajoori Khas area yesterday when they were indulging in pilferage by filling empty cylinders, ,with the help of iron pipes, from sealed cylinders which they were to later deliver to customers as genuine, thereby giving reduced quantity of LPG to innocent customers.

The police seized from them 39 LPG cylinders, three iron pipes and six weighing machines.
