NSUI leads in college council elections

Surat, Dec 2 (UNI) Candidates of National Students Union of India (NSUI) today won majority of seats in the students' council elections, which took place in the city's various colleges, sources said.

Sources said the NSUI candidates won in leading colleges like Navyug Arts, Bardiwala Commerce, Ambak Anand College, Mana College, Sarvajanik Eingineering College and K P Commerce College.

The election was peaceful. No untoward incident was reported, sources added.
