Legal battle over Ash-Hrithik kiss

Indore, Dec 2 (UNI) A criminal case has been filed in a local court against former Miss World Aishwarya Rai and actor Hrithik Roshan in the context of their kissing scene in the film 'DHOOM 2'.

Advocate Shailendra Dwivedi filed the case under sections 292 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code before Judicial Magistrate R K Batham while alleging that the scene lowered the dignity of Indian women and an obscene message went across to the youth.

December 11 has been fixed as the next date for hearing.
