Inter-District Athletics Meet postponed

New Delhi, Dec 2 (UNI) National Inter-District Athletics Meet, scheduled to be held at Hosur district in Tamil Nadu from December 26-28 has been postponed due to difficulties faced by the organisers.

Secretary of the Athletics Federation of India Lalit Bhanot said in a release that the organisers have shown their inability to conduct the meet.

AFI announced that the tentative date for this meet would be the third week of January and the new venue will be announced later.
