India opens Asiad account with shooting Bronze

Doha, Dec 2 (UNI) India's first medal in the 15th Asian Games came through the shooting trio of Gagan Narang, P T Raghunath and Navanath Fartade who won the bronze in 10m air rifle team event here today.

Formidable China won the Gold and South Korea bagged the silver in the event.

China's Olympic champion Zhu Qinan, reigning Games champion Li Jie and Liu Tianyou proved far superior than the South Korean trio of Yu Jae-chul, Chae Kean-bae and Kim Hye-sung.
