Goldstone to tie-up with Germany's Ansmann

New Delhi, Dec 2: Goldstone Imaging, a digital imaging company, today announced its distribution tie-up with Germany-based Ansmann Energy to market latter's batteries, battery charging and power supply technology products in India.

''We will launch a wide variety of Ansmann products into the market with our carefully designed, packaging and advanced point of sale display options,'' said Goldstone Imaging Ltd Head of Marketing and Finance Aparna Jain.

The products will be introduced at Photo Imaging Asia 2006 and will also be place in the market simultaneously, Ms Jain added.

The financial details, however, were not available.

The Ansmann product range includes mobile energy products such as rechargeable batteries, primary cells and battery packs, as well as mobile light products to be distributed by Goldstone.

Ansmann products brand is being distributed in Europe, the US, Japan, Thailand, Philippines, Korea and commands between 40-80 per cent of market share there.

Delhi-based Goldstone has earlier also brought several brands and products to the Indian consumers in the areas of digital printing, storage and power.
