Dharwad records lowest temperature

Bangalore, Dec 2 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office at 0830 hours here today.

Dry weather prevailed over the State. Minimum temperatures appreciably fell at most places over South Interior Karnataka; fell at most places being appreciably so at a few places over North Interior Karnataka and fell at most places over Coastal Karnataka.

They were below normal at most places being appreciably so at a few places over South Interior Karnataka; appreciably below normal at many places over North Interior Karnataka and below normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka.

Dharwad recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 11.9 degree Celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Monday morning: Dry weather may prevail over the State.

Forecast for Bangalore: Mainly clear sky. Minimum temperature would be around 14 degree Celsius.
