Death sentence to 6 and lifer to one

Biharsharif, Dec 2 (UNI) Additional District and Sessions Judge Vipin Das Pathak today awarded capital punishment to six and lifer to one, slamming a fine of Rs seven lakhs in connection with a massacre.

The court had acquitted two other accused for want of proper evidence.

All the six accused had attacked a brick kiln and killed ten people at Dinar village under Sare police station on June 4, 2004.
