Chargesheet against mobile SI in DA case

Patna, Dec 2 (UNI) The Bihar state vigilance investigation bureau today submitted chargesheet against former mobile sub-inspector of Transport department Trubhuban Rai in connection with a case related to Dispropotionate Assets (DA).

The chargesheet was filed by the bureau before special vigilance judge of Patna Munilal Paswan under various sections of prevention of Corruption Act.

According to the charges, Mr Rai had amassed during the period February 2,1978 - July 30,2001, wealth of Rs 1,06,31,686, disproportionate to his all known sourcess of income.

Mr Rai was presently lodged in jail in connection with the case.
