Woman raped in moving car

New Delhi, Dec 1 (UNI) A 27-year-old woman was allegedly raped in a moving car after being picked up from Ashram area of South Delhi here this evening.

The accused raped the lady for over two hours in a moving Indica car and later dropped her at Palval in Haryana, according to sources.

A resident of Nangli Chakarda in Najafgarh, the woman wanting to go to Uuttam Nagar in West Delhi, had asked for a lift from two men at Ashram Chowk.

Medical examination of the woman has been conducted but the report is awaited.

A case has been registered in Palval, sources said.
