Monster India traffic grows 238% in July-Sept'06
New Delhi, Dec 1 (UNI) Monster India today said traffic on its flagship brand Monsterindia.com grew by more than 238 per cent in July-September 2006 compared to the same period last year.
''Our new marketing campaign 'Caught in the wrong job?', launched in April 2006, has been successful in driving rapid growth in the traffic which in turn helps our employers find the right talent,'' said Monsterindia.com Vice President (Marketing) Dhruvakanth Shenoy.
During July-September 2006, Monsterindia.com (excluding JobsAhead) received almost 12.5 lakh new resumes at 13,100 new resumes per day, which is 62 per cent more than the nearest competitor's claimed new resume inflow.
A division of Monster Worldwide Inc, a global online careers and recruitment resource, Monster India is present in seven cities -- Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata and Ahmedabad -- and is headquartered in Hyderabad.
