Jamshedpur, Nov 30 (UNI) Jharkhand Vikash Morcha (Secular) today castigated the Congress and the BJP for hatiching a ''political conspiracy'' against the JMM supremo and the former Union Coal Minister Shibu Soren in the murder case of his secretary.

Talking to the media persons here, the president and the general secretary of the newly-floated JVM (S) Prabhakar Tirkey and Surya Singh Besra alleged that the UPA Government at the Centre was adopting ''dual policy'' in Soren's case.

They pointed out that the UPA government had closed its eyes in case of tainted minister like Laloo Prasad Yadav, who was involved in Rs 950 crore fodder case. But a ''prompt'' action was initiated against Mr Soren, they alleged.

Mr Besra said the CBI court's judgement proved that the Centre was maintaining a double standard and said it was trying to 'finish' the base of the tribals in Jharkhand as Mr Soren was regarded as ''Guruji'' and he was a mass leader in Jharkhand.

He claimed ''the people of Jharkhand are with Mr Soren and they would give befitting reply when the time would come''.

Mr Tirkey said JVM (S) was taking initiatives to form a third front with the like-minded parties in the state as the present UPA Government and the BJP-led NDA Government in the last six years failed to deliver the goods.

He said the JVM would organise conventions in all over the state throughout December to mobilise the cadre and to form a third front as a political alternative in the state.
