HM members observe fast seeking implement of HC order

Chennai, Dec 01 (UNI) Members of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Munnani (HM) led by state general secretary Durai Sankar observed a day's fast here today.

They urged the state government to implement the Madras High Court's order in connection with the lighting of Karthigai Deepam atop the Thiruparangundram hills near Madurai.

They also condemned the State Hindu Religious and Charitable Endownments department for not implementing the High Court's order.
