Clinton leaves for Thailand

Chennai, Dec 1 (UNI) Former US president and special envoy to Secretary General for UN Agencies Bill Clinton left for Thailand by a special aircraft from here today after completing his engagements at coastal Cuddalore District.

Official sources said Mr Clinton, who left for Cuddalore by a helicopter this morning, returned to the city by the same chopper after finishing his engagements at the rehabilitated areas affected by tsunami in Cuddalore.
