City Square launches construction division

Bangalore, Dec 1 (UNI) City Square Enterprises today announced the official launch of White Stone Infrastructures Pvt Ltd, its construction division, and its 16 Gated Community project, comprising 3,200 villas across the city.

Company Chairman and Managing Director Manohar Reddy told reporters here that in all these projects, almost 80 per cent of land had been sold, infrastructure approvals received and everything ready for construction of villas.

The projects would be handed over to White Stone Infrastructures for construction of houses and common facilities, he said, adding that White Stone would exclusively handle end-to-end construction.

Villas would be constructed in premium areas like BTM Layout, Yelahanka, Devanahalli, Hosur Road, KR Puram and Bannerghatta Road according to the designs chosen by the customers, he said.
