CII organises 'Walk for AIDS Awarness'

Jamshedpur, Dec 01 (UNI) East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner N.M. Kulkarni flagged off the 'Walks for AIDS awarness', organised by the Young Indians (YI) Chapter of CII on the occasion of World AIDS Day here today.

Speaking at the occasion, Mr Kulkarni appreciated CII's initiative for spreading awareness about the most dreaded disease and YI for taking this forward.

YI chairman J.P.Kamani said, '' the programme is a huge success and the was committed to spread awareness of HIV/AIDS in the district.'' A huge gathering of eminent citizens, corporate participants and children from several schools here participated at the occasion.
