Airtel crosses 3 million customers in AP

Hyderabad, Dec 1 (UNI) Bharti Airtel, The mobile service provider, crossed the three million-customer mark, claiming about 70 per cent of the total population in Andhra Pradesh, making it the second largest telecom circle, amongst all Bharti Airtel Ltd circles.

To mark the moment and Airtel Relationship Centre with the refreshed look, state-of-the-art facility was inaugurated today at Secunderabad.

A company release today said here Airtel expanded its network to cover 17,500 towns and villages across the state in the last year.

Of this, over 12,500 towns and villages had a population below 5,000 making it the largest network in Andhra Pradesh.
