Trade volume high at NCDEX

Mumbai, Nov 30 (UNI) About 598 members (2,746 users) of National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Ltd (NCDEX) today participated in trading up to 1700 hrs and volumes were Rs 3,537 crore (one-way).

There were 1,05,430 trades put through by them. Active trades were in guarseeds, chana, refined soy oil, pepper, soybean and gold, according to NCDEX press release here.

Yesterday, about 245 members participated in trading and put through 1,22,390 trades. The volume for the whole day trading till 2300 hrs was around Rs 5,126 crore (one-way). Active trades were in guarseed, chana, refined soy oil, gold, silver and pepper, the release added.
