Sonia's Rae Bareli tour from Dec 4

Lucknow, Nov 30 (UNI) Congress president Sonia Gandhi will arrive in her Rae Bareli parliamentary constituency on December 4 for a three-day visit.

UPCC chief spokesperson Akhilesh Pratap Singh here today said that on the first day of her tour, Ms Gandhi will visit her constituency.

On December 5, she would meet party activists and representatives at the ITI guest house in the morning.

Later, she would hit the dusty trail of her constitency before reaching Baiswara Inter College for its diamond jubilee function in the afternoon.

In the evening, she would hold a meeting with newly elected civil body members of the party.

On the last day of her tour on December 6, the Congress president will dedicate the Feroz Gandhi Unchhar Thermal Power Plant (5X210 megawatt) to the nation and address a gathering.

Meanwhile, her son and Congress MP from Amethi Rahul Gandhi will chair the district vigilance committee meeting in Sultanpur on December 3.
