New Delhi, Nov 30 (UNI) Taking exception to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh choosing to remain silent on induction of Coal Minister Shibu Soren and his subsequent dropping from the Ministry, the BJP today said his silence ''revealed more than he could hide.'' JP Parliamentary Party Spokesperson Sushma Swaraj said that that her party was hoping that the PM would make his statement on an issue that rocked the Parliament yesterday after the conclusion of the Question Hour in Rajya Sabha. ''But he has chosen to keep silent but that can't help him hide things he did not want to reveal,'' she remarked.

She said even in the reply by Home Minister on internal security situation in the country, Mr Patil had chosen to skip the inconvenient issue, she remarked.

The BJP had sought PM and the UPA government to tell the nation the situation and compulsions that forced them to induct Mr Soren, a potential convict in the murder case faced by him. They had also demanded that the PM to apologise to the nation for pushing the nation to an embarassment when the minister in the government was asked to be taken away from the Court straight away after being convicted for murder of his personal assistant by the trial court.
