NSF to start stir from tomorrow
Kohima, Nov 30(UNI) The Naga Students' Federation(NSF) has decided to start agitation from tomorrow following the rejection of their demand of a CBI inquiry on the much hyped Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) scandal.
The Nagaland cabinet of Ministers, which met here yesterday, had decided not to entrust the inquiry of NPSC scandal to CBI, as demanded by the NSF. Instead, it decided to constitute a team of officers, headed by the Chief Secretary, to explain the matter to the NSF by convening a meeting today.
The NSF has called upon its federal units, subordinate bodies, schools, colleges and all concerned people for active cooperation towards cleansing of the NPSC. The decision on the mode of agitation is likely to be announced tonight, the NSF sources said. UNI AS JYN VA VC1747
