New Pakistani high commissioner to assume charge tomorrow
Islamabad, Nov 30 (UNI) Pakistan's newly designated High Commissioner to India, Shahid Malik, will take charge of his office tomorrow.
Private Online news agency reported on Friday that the term of present High Commissioner Aziz Ahmad Khan will end today.
Aziz Ahmad Khan, who was appointed High Commissioner to India in June 2003, played an active role in the peace process between the two countries.
Before his new appointment, Shahid Malik served as the country's High Commissioner to Canada.
